There are several companies, such as Oakleaf Automotive, that specialize in left hand drive (lhd) cars. Currently the only restriction on driving lhd cars in the UK is on head light adjustment. You will need to insure that the headlights of the car are for driving on the left or you could cause on coming traffic to be blinded. In addition to the risk of accident you would cause there is a rather healthy fine if stopped by the police.
