I remember going in to get new number plates and Iwas standing in front of a guy who was all excited over getting his new, custom plates. So, he gets to the counter and gives the attendant the custom plate specifics and they were just a bunch of random numbers. When We got outside of the office Noticed a Bright red Italian sports car and the guy that was in front of me was standing their by the car. I went up to him and asked him if this was his car and he said yes. so i ask him, with this car, why not get a custom plate instead of all those numbers. He told me it was custom. the numbers were those of the lottery he had won which allowed him to buy the car.
