My brother has serviced heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for a local company for many years.  However, lately he’s been considering going out on his own and setting up his own company.  He definitely knows the business and is very confident that once he gets started, he’ll be able to do very well.  I told him what he really needs, at least in the beginning is help with the hvac marketing.  He’s a great worker and he really knows what he’s doing in this business, but I feel that professional help in this area will be what makes him able to succeed quickly.
