My wife was recently asked to take a job in Canada from her boss.  Apparently they needed someone to take over the administrative duties, because the current director there had just found out that his wife was pregnant and they wanted to take some time off before the baby came.  Reluctantly, my wife took the job, and we began the process of applying for visas.  I had done some reading on the Global Visas website about Federal Skilled Worker visas, and it seemed like the most promising one for me.  My wife was looking at a few others, but we eventually worked it all out quickly and easily.
