Training New Staff

We have just decided to hire some new staff, and it looks like we are going to have to spend some time in training no matter which of the candidates we hire. None of the top choices have any experience using our medical billing software, but it shouldn’t take them too long to pick it up once we explain it to them. They have held similar positions in other offices, so they all seem to know the basics of what is involved in the job. We will just have to train them in the software and the policies that are particular to our office.
