How can one believe that the Affordable Care Act is fair and equal when Amish are completely exempt from complying with the Affordable Care Act but the Administration requires all other religions to go against their religious beliefs?

Last but not least, how can anyone view the Administration decision as maintaining the “Separation of State and Church”?
