When I started suffering from carpal tunnel, I wanted to know what was happening. I wanted to understand where the pain was coming from. That way I knew what I needed to avoid to make sure that I was not going to have the pain anymore.
With carpal tunnel wrist florida, you are having a compressed nerve in the wrist. This never being compressed is what causes the sharp, sever pain that you experience with carpal tunnel.
