Fat Loss Tips for the Cold Months

The winter time is usually the hardest time for me to keep the weight off.  I know that being inside more often is the number one reason for this.  However, I also tend to eat more in the winter time.  I am not sure if it’s because the food I cook is warmer, so I eat more?  Or it’s simply because I find myself so board that the only thing I can think of is to eat.  Either way, something in my life needs to change.  I need to find good Fat Loss Tips that will help me fight my current need to feed.
