How I dealt with Separation Anxiety Disorder

October 27th, 2009 by admin

Separation anxiety disorder is a mental condition where a person goes through a lot of anxiety when it comes to being separated from home or from the people whom he/she loves or is very attached to emotionally. I suffered from severe separation anxiety disorder right before leaving for college. So much so that I had to get professional help to deal with it. Some of my persistent symptoms of separation anxiety disorder included having nightmares about the separation, the fear of losing the ones I loved, the fear of being alone without anyone to depend on, and many more. After going to a psychologist, I was told about the The Linden Methodmethod. Using this, I became free of the separation anxiety disorder. I would highly recommend the method to anyone who is suffering from acute separation anxiety disorder.
