Omega oil supplements work best with healthy living practices

As we age, it is important to give our bodies the necessary nutrients, such as Solgar omega oil supplements to ensure we have the proper levels of fatty acids to fight off certain illnesses. Some people find it easier to take supplements rather than eat the types of foods that will provide the nutrients that we need. This is okay, as long as we continue to do other things that promote healthy living: exercise, low fat foods, reduce salt intake, prepare meals with olive oil or canola oil. These are just a few things that when practiced with taking omega oil, we are giving our bodies the loving attention that it needs.
