Since last summer I have been experiencing irregularities in my bowel movements. It has been a very scary and painful experience. I was going one to one and a half weeks in between bowel movements and I was so worried that something was wrong with me. I even had a Colonoscopy done that turned up with nothing. The bottom line is that after I had to go through the colon cleansing process for the procedure I immediately felt much better. I decided to start using free colon cleanse on a regular basis to keep me from getting backed up. Since I have been doing this I feel so much better!
