I have this cellulite on the back of my butt that is really annoying. I have tried several different approaches to try and get rid of it. Creams have not worked for me so I am looking for an alternative. I have been researching the other options including liposuction and cellulite laser removal. This form of treatment is quite expensive so if I can find other alternatives I would prefer to try them first before departing with the money, In the past I have not been very disciplined with diet and exercise. I am looking into improving my nutrition and implementing a regular exercise program. I am hoping that I will see an improvement in my results so that I can avoid going for the expensive treatments.
