Terrible Sinus Headache

November 27th, 2008 by admin

Sinus headaches are the worst. You’re congested, your head feels like it’s going to explode from the pressure, but don’t confuse a sinus headache with a migraine or tension headache. Symptoms of a sinus headache include pain and/or pressure in your forehead, cheeks, or eyes, the pain may get worse if you bend down or lie down. Sinus headaches can also be accompanied by a sore throat, fever, cough and a tired, run-down feeling. Keep in mind that if you begin to vomit, feel nausea, or noise and light bother you, chances are you have a migraine, not one of those nasty sinus headaches.
