How To Make A Yummy Lobster

I decided if I enjoyed eating lobster so much I should learn how to boil one. After much research (not really), this is what I came up with: The first thing you need (besides the lobster) is a lidded pot that can hold enough water to completely cover the lobster. Bring the water and 2 tablespoons of sea salt per 4 pints of water to a hard boil. Grab your tasty little friend, being sure to get behind those claws, and drop him headfirst into your pot. Cover and start timing once the water has returned to a boil. For the first pound, time 10 minutes. For each pound over 1, add 3 more minutes. For example, a two pounder would be done in 13 minutes. He’s now ready! Drain and serve hot!
