I don’t know about you, but I love a good bit of steak, and to be sure, a good piece of steak does not need a really sharp set of  steak knives, but as we all know, steaks, like life is not always perfect, so having a good steak knife can be an essential at times. I thus always make sure that my steak knives are good and sharp, just in case the steak is less than perfect. By the way, what sort of sauce do you like on your steak, I’ve found that a good pepper sauce is the best, but then again, sometimes I just have a good dollop of mustard.
