Something that I have noticed a lot more people are doing now, regarding rebuilding their homes, is they are going with those manufactured homes rather than having their homes built from the ground up on-site.  I have mainly noticed this when people choose to rebuild their homes after a disaster of nature, such as a hurricane, tornado, earthquake or flood.  I guess they choose to go the manufactured way because it can be a bit faster than building the usual way, and from what I understand, it is a little cheaper to have a manufactured home built compared to building the normal way as well.
