Hotel Development in the UK

Much has been said of proper use of acreage in the United Kingdom. The reality is that there is only so much land left to build on, and developers need to do their best to make appropriate designs for the space allowed. I feel that the Birmingham downtown area is designed extremely well as it pertains to the hotel district. Birmingham hotels are situated so that traffic is rarely a problem. I dislike being stuck in some parking garage because the city planner decided to put the exit right by the busiest intersection in the city. Hats off to the planning committee that designed Birmingham’s hotel district.
