Everyone should have a special piece of jewelry to remind them of someone special. My best friend has a gorgeous bracelet that she had given to her by her father.  It is this really thin almost spun looking white gold and yellow gold bracelet with multiple bands. Her father had someone make this custom jewelry piece when she got married. It represented every year he had with her till he gave her away. She keeps her custom jewelry piece in a special velvet bag in her jewelry drawer at home as to make sure it is taken good care of.
