When I was halfway through my junior year of college, I decided to switch my major to something that I really wanted to pursue. I realized that I didn’t want to become an engineer, but that I wanted to help solve crimes. I was able to enroll in a forensic science university, and I completed the necessary classes to prepare for a career as an analyst. When I graduated, I had a great job waiting for me, and each day I learn something new at work. Last week I was allowed to serve as the senior lab technician, and I helped solve a case. This is exactly why I love my job!
