I thought the canoeing trip we were going to take was going to very boring, it was worth the effort and I’m glad I went. We each had our own canoe, there was 5 of us, once I got the hang of it you work up a good sweat. We were trying to race each other down the river but the weather began to get bad so we had to turn back. For the time we spent out there it was some good times. When we were done my arms were burning so you do get some exercise, we could all use some from time to time.
