Train With This Exercise to Dunk

September 1st, 2009 by admin

If you want to dunk, then you need to do the right exercises that teach your muscles how to jump higher to dunk. One of these exercises is called standing broad jumps. All you need to do is get in a squat position and jump forward as far as you can. Once you land squat down again and repeat all of the motions again. This exercise can also be performed with variations. You could use only one leg when you jump and land, and then turn around and jump from the other leg going in the other direction. Either the one-legged or two-legged method will work your leg muscles effectively.
