When I lost my cell phone I was told that I had not owned it long enough to be able to get a replacement phone at the discounted price.  I did not understand what their reasons were for this other than they could make more money from me when I had to buy the new one.  If I did not replace it I was going to be responsible for six more months of phone bill for a phone I was not using.   I looked for Unlocked Used Cell Phones instead.   I picked one up at a tremendous savings and am back talking again.
