When my best friend called me and told me that she had broken up with her boyfriend, a feeling of relief came all over my body. I could not stand him because of the way that he treated her. He was a control freak that liked to scold her like she was a child. I did not want to let her know how I felt about their break up, but I was jumping for joy on the inside. I even took her on a maine vacation to celebrate her new found freedom. It was great place on the Maine coast called the Sebasco Harbor Resort. The few days we spent there was a great diversion for her. Now I just hope that she does not go back to him.
