I really love travelling and tasting different local foods. I try to go to restaurants that serve authentic food when I am travelling, rather than looking for the chains I am familiar with when I am at home. On a recent trip to India I discovered a new favorite Indian dish called aloo raita. Now I just have to see if any of the restaurants that serve this type of food near my home have this dish. If not, I will have to try to find a recipe online so I can make it myself. I might do this anyways since I love to cook and this was really good.
